If you are sitting in your office at your hotel, and wondering what you are missing by not being at the annual conference, here are some photos to help you know.
The first is the big pink building that is the "Don" that you see as you drive up to register. It is a classic beachfront resort, and the property is extraordinarily well-maintained, and the staff that I have encountered so far is first rate.
The next two photos show the buffet that was set up for our Membership Committee lunch meeting today.
If you are like me, you are always looking for some different ideas and approaches for everything we do
in this business of many moving parts. I loved the footed compote dishes, and how nicely they were garnished.
I also loved the used of the contemporary table coverings in the midst of a historic hotel. It worked, and I loved the fresh appproach
