
At our 18th Annual Meeting today, just now, John Ueberroth addressed us about the way he came to acquire Preferred Hotels, and then how Preferred came to acquire the license to market the Historic Hotels of America brand.
He discussed the fact that he wants to be able to ask us a year from now whether or not we got MORE reservations and MORE leads for groups than we did in the prior year. He wants us to know that ROI is important to Preferred, and that they are agressive in helping their properties achieve good results.
